Residential Service Supervisor
Residential Service Supervisors take a leading role here at Higher Visions. Supervisors are leads in charge of the specific execution of daily vehicle operations. Responsibilities of a Residential Service Supervisor would include team organization, customer interaction, and quality control.
Education – High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associates preferred
Experience – 2 years of window cleaning or 3-4 years of other service management experience.

You eagerly complete your apprenticeship requirements and ask, “What’s next?” You’ll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to up-sell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes.

At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem.
- You’re ready to work: You have a driver’s license, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job – such as NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS, balancing on a ladder, lifting 50 lbs., hot summers and cold winters.

You are VERY detailed oriented. You’ll learn to use our software, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you’ll know that this keeps everyone informed – from the customer to the journeyman to the team back at the office.

Pathways to advancement: You will start as an Apprentice, next is Service Expert, after that you’ll strive to be a Lead Service Expert. Once a Lead Service Expert, you will be trained to manage your team. and next in line is a Senior Service Expert to manage other teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Service Experts earn $30,000 to $55,000 a year plus tips, bonuses, incentives, and spiffs!
