On the day of the appointment our team will arrive at your residence and performa walk through of the property with you. Please take a moment to do this with our Lead Supervisor, discuss the scope of work and tell them about all your preferences and expectations. If any window is not functioning or broken please let the supervisor know. After establishing the current scope of work the team will prepare a cleaning solution and/or water fed pole equipment and get to work. The team will protect areas surrounding windows with drop cloths and towels and will typically start on both the inside and exterior at the same time. Depending on the size of the job, how dirty the windows are and size of the crew, all crew members may start on the exterior windows of the home before cleaning the inside windows. To speed up the process we allow the supervisor to create the best work flow for the team and situation. We have a system and method once we start to insure no windows are skipped and the risk of water spills during movements is minimized. When the job is completed, our supervisor will make another walk through inspection to insure all windows are spotless clean and you are 100% happy with the results

Yes, timely service is of the utmost importance and is one of our main goals. Most of the time we are on time, but this is the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and we can be late due to : Traffic condition. As much as we like to plan our schedule allowing for adaquate travel time between jobs, traffic conditions are still unpredictable. We use a program to help schedule jobs in a way the allows the most advantageous routes for both us and you, allowing for small travel times between jobs. We also have the ability to communicate both through email and text when our team is enroute to your residence so you have full communication regarding your job from start to finish. Another reason we could be running behind would be if the previous job had unexpected complications which took time to overcome the scope work, or that jobs not properly explained to our representative over the phone, and it took more time to complete.

Yes, It is our policy for all new customers. Your presence is preferred even if you are an established customer as well. WHY? All of our employees are top professionals and don’t need supervision, but we might need your assistance if we have any questions during the work. If you can’t be present during the process, which may take a couple hours, please at least be present when we start the work to show us around. Alternatively, your representative (a nanny, housekeeper, or real estate agent) can stay in your residence if you’re not available.

We use many factors to determine what the days schedule will look like.  When you call we consider the size of the job to be completed, location of the job, drive time from jobs in the same area, availability of the crew that has the skill set to complete your request and weather/holiday possibilities. .
