Residential Outbound

In today’s competitive market, a well-defined outbound call strategy is essential to keep customers and prospects engaged to grow our business. Sometimes nothing beats the sound of a real human voice that’s friendly and knowledgeable, reaching out to you on the phone. How do we use outbound calls and what would your job duties require? 

Education  Highschool diploma or GED equivalent. 

Experience – No experience is required to apply for this position.

At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem.
  • You’re ready to work: You have a driver’s license, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job – such as NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS, balancing on a ladder, lifting 50 lbs., hot summers and cold winters.
  • You’re a professional:
    • You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and you understand that safety is paramount.
    • You won’t work anywhere that is unsafe but you know that safety is a two-way street, so you won’t do anything unsafe either.
    • You learn every aspect of the job.

    • You keep your work area clean and orderly.
    • You are focused and clear-headed.

    • You complete work orders by the deadline.

  • Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.

  • Develop your expertise: You clean windows and wash homes, knowing that you’re adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer, in turn giving them more free time and peace of mind. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in the services we offer.

Responsibilities –  Calls involving the following:
  • Directly responsible for calling and contacting current and past customers through phone calls daily.
  • Prospect List to Customer Conversion.
  • Aging Customer List to Re-Engage.
  • EDDM / Direct Mail follow up.
  • Customer retention.
  • Lead generation follow up.
  • Email blast follow up.
  • Data Cleanse.
Skills & Abilities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  •  Friendly and outgoing personality.

Compensation – 

Outbound call campaigns are an effective tool for keeping in touch with our customers and prospects in a personal way. In our high-tech world, it’s important to remember that a warm, high-touch approach still delivers the best results.

When we’re calling prospective customers and past customers, here are a couple of reasons we give for calling:

● We make follow-up calls to customers who have purchased from us in the past. We’ll tell them it has been 6 months (or one year) and it is time for service again. “Can we get you on the schedule?”.

● We also always have a couple of specials we’ll run as well. For example, we might have a special on window cleaning or gutter cleaning.
