Residential Administrator

Residential Administrators are responsible for the back end aspects of residential window cleaning. The Residential Administrator role is much less hands on and much more digital. Technical computer literacy IS required as you will be working with a variety of softwires on a daily bases. Your skills will be used to organize the backend of our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly from quote to completion. Part of an Administrator duties include customer correspondence regarding complaints, concerns, or issues. You would be responsible for contacting Residential customers that call in, email, or text, etc. and have a complaint, immediately the same day.

Education  Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities – As the residential division administrator, you have responsibilities including but not limited to double checking software entries, keeping technician calendars full, and includes reporting the following: 
  • Past Due Calling.
  • Update the calendar holes to fill in technician schedules.
  • Check and return Call to all Voice Mail messages.
  • Check all emails.
  • Reply and organize appropriate emails.
  • Make follow-up calls.
  • Make all Customer Reminder calls due for service.
  • Daily Reporting for # of leads, # of jobs sold, $ of jobs sold.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
