Commercial Salesperson

The Commercial Salesperson keeps the company in a constant  growth curve. Ultimately, your job is to help expand our customer base and generate revenues. You are what keeps the company alive and growing. As a Commercial Salesperson you will be expected to generate leads by approaching establishments, bypassing gate keepers and contacting the decision maker. A dedicated strong will is required for this work. Success in this role will compensate you well.

Education –  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience – 6+ months  of sales experience are required.

Responsibilities – The purpose of a Sales Person is to constantly feed the company new business. Including: 

  • Working area window cleaning routes that are weak, opening up new areas and constantly on the lookout for new retail stores opening,
  • Working with developers of new shopping centers, property managers of office parks and shopping centers and the merchants that lease space or own buildings,
  • Developing relationships and working with commercial cleaning companies.
  • You’ll communicate and report to the Commercial Supervisor & President.
  • Additionally, it is important that the Sales Person can be depended upon Monday thru Friday 8am till ? and accessible by phone 7 days a week. This is because leads will come in that need a quick estimate and quick closing. Or other questions may arise from new accounts you pick up that need a quick answer.
