Daniel cleaned the windows inside and out today and did his usual great job. Moving forward, we'll have him clean the windows every six months. In addition to the window cleaning, Daniel installed new solar screens on 3 windows in the west side of the house. They look great and I think they will make a big difference this summer.

Higher Vision Window Cleaning has been hanging my Christmas lights since November 2018 and they do an excellent job. The owner Daniel Hooten responds quickly to all of phone calls, texts and emails. There are several companies that hang Christmas lights in the area but none can compare to the quality and precision that Higher Vision does. Without hesitation I would definitely recommend this company high quality workmanship to any of my neighbors.

Good, but not great. Several windows have water spots and places that I needed to go back and clean. When I made the appointment, I was told that the technician would wipe (not wash) the screens as part of the basic cleaning, but that wasn't done and the technician told me that was an additional service not included. So again, I had to go back and finish the job myself. The windows look much better than they did before the cleaning, but for what I paid, my expectations were not met. I probably will not use this company again.

Grade A+ customer service and delivery from the first phone call to the last email. They were fantastic with communication. Sent reminders of appointment and contacted me when they were on their way. The window washers were friendly and helpful. The let me add a hard to get to interior window after they were done with the exterior job. I'm so happy with the results of their work! I highly recommend Higher Vision Window Cleaning!

Overall, they did a good job on the windows, and were professional.

My complaints are:
1). They tried to increase the estimate I had approved by saying I had 4 more windows- which were tiny windows over my door, I guess. We did resolve this peacefully.
2). They did not move things back into place when they left. I am elderly undergoing chemo and had to get help to do this. Normally this would not be a problem, but my strength is just not there.

I do not think these will interfere with me using you again. So thank you so much! Susan Agee

I hired Higher Vision window cleaning to clean my windows and they did such a great job that I ended up having them power wash my house and clean out my gutters. Daniel and Joshua showed up on time early this morning. Went right to work on my very dirty windows and left them shining. I also had them clean my solar screens and what a difference.
