As a Residential Service Representative you will be responsible for bringing the Higher Vision Window Cleaning experience to each of our customers. As the bridge between office and customer you will be tasked with fulfilling all requested services including window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and more! We only require a high school diploma or equivalent and no prior experience. Apply now!

  • You are VERY detailed oriented. You’ll learn to use our software, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you’ll know that this keeps everyone informed – from the customer to the journeyman to the team back at the office.

  • You’ll look forward to the day when you’re a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices.

• Pathways to advancement: You will start as an Apprentice, next is Service Expert, after that you’ll strive to be a Lead Service Expert. Once a Lead Service Expert, you will be trained to manage your team. and next in line is a Senior Service Expert to manage other teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Service Experts earn $30,000 to $55,000 a year plus tips, bonuses, incentives, and spiffs!
